One King Bed in Bedroom 1, One King Bed in Bedroom 2, that each accommodates 2 guests, and the living room can be arranged with two single fold-out beds for sleeping upon Request To ensure a smooth check-in following needs to be provided before guest arrival. 1. Copy of Valid ID: (This is to verify that the person who booked is present during the stay) 2. Estimated Time of Arrival: (This is to ensure that I have the property ready for your arrival) 3. Email address/ Mobile number Strictly no parties allowed. A fine of £1000 will be imposed for violations. The Flat can accommodate 6 guests. One King Bed in Bedroom 1, One King Bed in Bedroom 2, that each accommodates 2 guests, and the living room can be arranged with two single fold-out beds for sleeping upon Request. Please see corresponding additional charges for every request - £95 for cleaning only - £55 for changing sheets/towels - £150 for the full package (cleaning and changing linens/towels) The flat uses physical keys, which must be kept with you at all times. If the key is left inside the room, a locksmith will need to be called, and the locksmith fee of £90 will be your responsibility.
