The space you are booking is a Private Double Bedroom in a 5-Bedroom Shared House. You will also have access to all the communal areas such as the Kitchen, Bathroom and Back Garden. Please be aware that all communal areas are shared amongst all other guests in the house. To ensure a smooth check-in process, may I kindly request the following information: 1. Copy of Valid ID: For registration purposes, we require a copy of a valid ID from all guests. 3. Estimated Time of Arrival: This will help me prepare the flat for your arrival and ensure it is ready for your occupancy. Moreover, we will begin charging long-stay guests or any guests who request cleaning or a change of linens and towels.
