The property is all-inclusive of: - ALL bills (water, gas, electricity) Communal cleaning once a week - Bedding - Cutlery & Cooking equipment - Washer/Iron - Council tax You'll have exclusive access to the shared communal spaces All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Communal cleaning is scheduled once a week. Make sure that all your personal belongings or groceries are labelled properly. Expired unlabelled items will be disposed of. The house is equipped with Digital Locks.
