Welcome to your comfortable and stylish double room, conveniently located near Hanger Lane. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business guests. The property is all-inclusive of: - ALL bills (water, gas, electricity) - WIFI - Communal Cleaning on Monday - Bedding - Cutlery & Cooking equipment - Washer/Iron - Council tax The room you are booking is a beautiful, comfortable Double bedroom in a shared flat, with access to all the communal facilities. You have exclusive access to your bedroom while the rest of the common areas are shared equally amongst all guests. I want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. While I won't be there physically to greet you, I am always available to communicate via the Airbnb app. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. To ensure everything runs smoothly, I have a dedicated handyman and cleaning team on standby. They are available to assist with any issues that may arise, from maintenance to cleanliness. Simply contact me through the app, and I will arrange for them to help you promptly. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Communal cleaning is scheduled every Tuesday .Make sure that all your personal belongings or groceries are labelled properly. Expired unlabelled items will be disposed of. The house is equipped with Digital Locks. You are required to download an App to act as your key and the following information is required to generate digital keys. 1 - Email 2 - Valid Government ID 3 - ETA Additionally, we will begin charging long-stay guests or any guests who request cleaning or a change of linens and towels. The rates are as follows: **For Rooms:** - £50 for cleaning only - £35 for changing sheets/towels - £80 for the full package (cleaning and changing linens/towels)
