Forget self catering and take this large ensuite with 2 double bedrooms in Clarence House and let the local restaurants treat you, you’ll find the calm and quiet approach at Clarence House ensures relaxation at its utmost. Extremely peaceful evenings, minutes walk to the beach with breakfast cafes and beach views. The Beatrice deluxe has quality bed linens, sea view, Nespresso machine,.microwave and mini fridge with fresh milk to welcome you! Clarence House is a beautiful Victorian villa which has been sympathetically upgraded to a high standard to accommodate our guests' demands of today. It is on 3 floors, with garden apartments below and ensuite studios/rooms on the first floor. Rooms range from a small double bedded room for single use, to a large studio apartment with 4 seat sofa, 2 double beds, double sink bathroom and kitchenette. We are hands off and there are no staff 24/7 on the property though we are available by phone. We pride yourselves on personal greeting at checkin and staff visiting premises daily throughout, for enquiries.While we provide Nespresso coffee machines, microwaves and mini fridges, there's no onsite catering as there are very good breakfast cafes nearby on the beach, thus no getting up early for it. No children under 12 in our rooms as we respect our guests' requirement for peace. Look forward to a great night's sleep! As well as your junior suite (large room, sofa, modern bathroom) you'll also have access to our piano room where you're welcome to eat a takeaway (plates, cutlery ad napkins provided as well as fresh fruit), play the piano, or chat to fellow guests or maybe your host. Please no smoking anywhere on the premises including outside
