You will also have access to all the communal areas such as the Kitchen, Bathroom and Back Garden. Please be aware that all communal areas are shared amongst all other guests in the house. I won’t be staying at the flat, so you can communicate with me via Airbnb, email or phone call if needed To ensure a smooth check-in process, may I kindly request the following information: 1. Email Address: This will serve as an alternative method of contact in case I am unable to reach you via the app or the phone number on file. 2. Copy of Valid ID: For registration purposes, we require a copy of a valid ID from all guests. 3.
