The upstairs bathroom is temporarily out of service. The bedroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with the following: - Double Bed - Closet - Study Chair and Table - Door Lock The space you are booking is a Private Double Bedroom, in a Shared House. You will also have access to all the newly refurbished communal areas such as the 2-Bathroom, spacious open plan Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Garden and Utility room. Please be aware that all communal areas are shared amongst all other guests in the house. Guests are free to choose their mode of interaction with me. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Communal cleaning is scheduled once a week. Make sure that all your personal belongings or groceries are labelled properly. Expired unlabelled items will be disposed of. The house is equipped with Digital Locks. You are required to download an App to act as your key and the following information is required to generate digital keys. 1 - Email and phone number 2 - Valid Government ID 3 - ETA Moreover, we will begin charging long-stay guests or any guests who request cleaning or a change of linens and towels. The updated rates are as follows: **For Rooms:** - £50 for cleaning only - £35 for changing sheets/towels - £80 for the full package (cleaning and changing linens/towels)
