This superbly spacious furnished 6-Bedroom house is an ideal place to stay in London. The property enjoys a large garden, a big open plan kitchen and a living room. The property is all-inclusive of: - ALL bills (water, gas, electricity) -WIFI - Communal cleaning 1x per week - Bedding - Cutlery & Cooking equipment - Washer/Iron - Council tax Self check-in: Smart Lock Klevio App. Please note that the downstairs bathroom is fully working. The upstairs bathroom is temporarily out of service. The bedroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with the following: - Double Bed - Closet - Door Lock The space you are booking is a Private Double Bedroom, in a Shared House. You will also have access to all the newly refurbished communal areas such as the 2-Bathroom, spacious open plan Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Garden and Utility room. Please be aware that all communal areas are shared amongst all other guests in the house. N/B The Second Bathroom is currently out of Order. Only one Bathroom is currently functional. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Communal cleaning is scheduled every Monday Make sure that all your personal belongings or groceries are labelled properly. Expired unlabelled items will be disposed of. To ensure a smooth check-in following needs to be provided before guest arrival. 1. Email Address Moreover, we will begin charging long-stay guests or any guests who request cleaning or a change of linens and towels.
