How the fee works

5% per booking. No monthly fee, no setup cost, no minimums. You only pay when Hububb Stay actually fills a date. The fee is deducted from the payout, the same way Airbnb’s service fee is.

Eligibility

Hububb Stay routes demand to listings that meet a quality bar. The current threshold is a 4.7+ rating on Airbnb with 10+ reviews. Most hosts cross that line within their first season. Once you are over it, Hububb Stay turns on automatically and stays on as long as the rating holds.

There is no second listing to maintain. Hububb Stay routes off your existing Hububb listing, with your photos, copy, and calendar. The booking just lands in your dashboard like any other.
