A 30-day and 90-day pacing chart shows how each property’s calendar is filling against the same window last year. The dashboard flags listings pacing more than 10% behind so you know where to drop rates before the dates go stale.

CSV and PDF exports work for any range you select. Your accountant gets one file, broken down by property, channel, and month. The end-of-year scramble is shorter.
