The engine sets a recommended nightly rate for every future date. You can accept all of it, set floors and ceilings, or take manual control on specific dates. Lock down NYE at your number and let the engine handle the rest of the year.

A counterfactual line on your revenue chart shows what your bookings would have earned at your manual rates. Most hosts find the engine pays for itself many times over in the first month. Hububb’s engine is free either way.
